Who We Are

TOTOM Partners is a holding company led by Sarah Shadonix.

Sarah founded and scaled a national consumer brand through exit, one that earned B Corp certification along the way. Before that, she was a commercial litigator. Those experiences shape how TOTOM evaluates businesses, structures deals, and thinks about what good ownership looks like.

We buy good businesses and own them. Not to flip them or strip them down but to invest in and grow them.

We look for businesses that make something better: the food we eat, the communities we live in, the world we leave behind. We know what it took to build that kind of business because we've done it.
